Biosera Newborn Calf Serum is derived from clotted whole blood collected from calves under 20 days old. The blood is centrifuged, and the serum is collected and filtered at 0.2µm.
Each batch is meticulously controlled, from serum collection through all stages of treatment and production to final packaging at our facility. All batches are tested for endotoxin and mycoplasma levels, specific virus tests (BVD), hemoglobin, and total protein levels.
Origin: New Zealand, Central America, Europe
The serum is collected and processed in accordance with European regulations.
