Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to support and maintain the growth of a wide range of mammalian cell types.
Biosera’s DMEM High Glucose follows the original formulation with 4500 mg/L of glucose. When supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM supports the proliferation of cell types with high energy requirements.
This formulation is free of sodium bicarbonate and sodium pyruvate, and it contains L-Glutamine.
